Welcome to All Star Sports Arena's very own Fitness Center! We are open every day of the week with extended hours for your convinience! We offer a wide variety of aerobics and weight classes, day care and even free useage of the basketball courts during the week days.* During the month of May we will be offering new low rates for new members. Weight Room Floor
Our fitness center is equiped with a full-scale weight room, containing the latest weight machines, free-weights, cardio machines and even punching and speed bags. Our cardio machines offer high calorie-burning workouts while you can listen to music or watch T.V. They range from the Eliptical, Stair Master, Seated Bike and Treadmill so your cardio routine can include cross-training and will never be boring!
As far as your beautifully toned body goes, you'll always be able to try something new with our wide range of weight machines and free-weights. You can choose a workout from our circuit machines for a full-body weight work out or use the free-weight machines for maximum muscle growth and toning. Our dumbells offer an even wider variety of weight exercises personally taylored to the work out you are looking for.
Indoor Track
Our Indoor Track is 1/6th of a mile, air-conditioned and wide for a comfortable run! As you run around our second-story track, you circle and see the 6 basketball courts below. Basketball courts are free and available to fitnes center members, which are otherwise rented at a rate of $25.00 and hour.* Enjoy racing above, or jump into one of our ongoing lunch-time games below!
Aerobics Room and Classes
Ready to push yourself to the next level? Try one of our new classes, for every level and every style! We offer over 20 classes weekly, ranging from cardio classes, to powerful strength and toning classes, as well as mind and body classes. Tired of working out by yourself? Our awesome aerobics instructors will get you pumped up and show you how fun working out and getting in shape, can be!
Sauna
Our new luxury dry sauna is the perfect ending to a perfect workout! Sit, relax, listen to music or enjoy T.V. while you top-off your workout by burning a few more calories. Your "cool-down" in our hot sauna will relax your muscles, decrease arthiritic pain and joint stiffness while detoxifying your body! Research has shown that adding a sauna to your weight-loss routine everyday will help you lose over 10 pounds in a single month. Fitness center members can receive a 1 year membership to our sauna for only $50.00. Reserve your spot today!
Day Care
Take advantage of our low child care rates while you workout! Our day care facility is available Monday through Friday 8:30am - 10:30am and Monday through Thursday nights, 5:30pm - 7:30pm. The cost is $1.00 per child per visit, $10.00 per child for 1 month or $15.00 for 2 children for 1 month. Your children will be able to play in a safe environment located directly next to the aerobics room so you can get a relaxed workout knowing your children are being taken care of!
