Fit for Christ

The class incorporates a high intensity cardio work out. Each class has a specific direction. The class includes not only toning and stretching, but also cardio and turbo kick exercises.

Using a stationary bike, you ride through hills, straight-aways and sprints for a heart-pumping workout!  This is perfect for a low-impact but high-intensity workout cardio workout.  Try the class that is racing across the nation!!!

Cardio Blast

 

This cross-training class takes your workout to a new level, incorporating toning with weights to cardio fat burning through a series of intervals.  Each class will be somewhat different in that we will be doing some step, kickboxing, or boot camp style moves.
