Chris Cothern MSPT, CSCS: Director of AthletePLUS (Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy)
Chris has bachelors degrees in Health Sciences and Microbiology with a minor in Psychology, a Masters Degree in physical therapy, and is currently a candidate for a Doctorate degree in physical therapy.  He is also the Arkansas state director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Chris' interests include sports performance, sports medicine, personal training for active individuals and those returning from injury, and online training.  Chris has developed AthletiCore^TM Training, which is a program for the core muscles to assist in preventing injuries and improving performance.  Chris is the founder and owner of AthletePlus Sports Performance and Physical Therapy, located next to the fitness center in All-Star Sports Arena.
