(There may be players that do not meet the profile, but they do meet the intention of the profile. These players may gain an exception to play in the league with permission from the League Commissioner. Any such player will count as a competitive player for that team.)
  •  Any new “competitive players” must be cleared with Kendall Spencer before playing.
  • GOLDEN BOOT WINNERS ALSO WIN "COMPETITIVE" STATUS. (past & present)
  • Profile (these are general guidelines to use to determine if a player might be eligible):
    • Have not played HS or College soccer in the last 10 years.

    • Sidelines are reserved for PLAYERS THAT HAVE SIGNED THE ROSTER ONLY. This league was formed in the spirit of women feeling safe & comfortable. No males are allowed on the playing field during the matches.
  • Disclaimer: As noted, the profile is not the "be-all-end-all".  There may be very good, very experienced players that are meant to be weeded out by the profile, but that are not captured by the profile.  Eligibility for this league is not based on "loopholes" in the profile.  It is based on level of play.  The eligibility of such players in question will be determined by the league commissioner or Kendall Spencer.  Preserving this league as a comfortable environment for players with little playing experience is a priority for the All Star Sports Arena.

Women's Division III

  • A recreational league designed for women new to the game, with little experience, or that have not played in a long time.
  • ALL ROSTERS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND CLEARED BY KENDALL SPENCER A WEEK BEFORE THE FIRST MATCH!!!!

Any such player will count as a competitive player for that team.)
  • Teams may have a total of 5 WDII players on the field. Some women are choosing to join the WD3 league and presently stop playing in WDII those players do not count.
  •  Please be aware that WD3 is not a “pick-up” players must be on roster to play!!!

  • There are no playoffs or champions for these leagues.  It is fun only!
  • Since there are no standings kept, teams can request not to play other teams in the league at the time of registration.  These requests cannot be made once the league starts.  This rule is intended to gradually weed out teams that do not honor the rules or intentions of these leagues.
  • Teams can have a maximum of 3 men on the field at any given time.
  • Keepers can be either gender.
  • When penalty kicks are awarded, the shooter chosen must be the same gender as the keeper.

  • Please mark your "experienced" players on your rosters.
  •  Co-ed Players may only play on one team per co-ed division during a given season.
  •  Co-ed I players may NOT  play in co-ed III.
  • Please submit any “Experienced players” new to Co-ed III this season before adding them. Co-edIII league has been formed to help grow new players to soccer , it is NOT a place for experienced players to show case talent!  We have 2 other divisions to accommodate skill levels.

  •  Once playing for a team in a given season players may not switch teams in that division during the season.
  • Player "sharing" in any division is not allowed.
  • Players deemed dangerous or reckless by the referee can be asked to sit out.  This does not have to be the result of a yellow card.  If no yellow card is given the team can replace that player on the field.
  •  Players that consistently shoot too hard and/or tackle too hard can be asked to sit out.
  • If a team is losing by 5 goals (or more), that team may play with an extra player on the field to balance the game.
