Domenic Mediate plays professional soccer in Washington, DC. During his youth playing days, Dom spent 3 years in Springdale, where he played club soccer for the Arkansas Comets, and played 1 year of HS soccer for Springdale High. Dom's family moved to the Dallas area where he finished his club and HS soccer careers. Dom played collegiately at the University of Maryland, where his teams made 3 Final Four appearances. Dom is coming back to NWA to bring his wisdom and insight on the sport of soccer to the youth of this area. Don't miss this opportunity to meet and learn from a professional soccer player!
The camp will run over the last part of winter break (Jan 2, 3 and 4). It is an all-day camp (9:00 - 4:30) for boys and girls in the U10 - U14 age groups. For adults who are working those days, drop-offs may be done as early as 7:30 and pickups as late as 6:00. Lunch will be provided. The cost of the camp is $150.
The camp is currently full. Call 445-7100 if you'd like your child on a waiting list in case someone backs out.
Daily Schedule:
7:30 - 9:00 Drop-off and Soccer videos.
9:00 - camp starts
9:00 - 9:45: Fitness and conditioning
9:45 - 10:00 Break
10:00 - 11:15 - Technical Instruction
11:15 - 11:30 - Break
11:30 - 12:30 - lunch and free time
12:30 - 1:45 - Tactical Instruction
1:45 - 2:00 - Break
2:00 - 2:30 - Individual Development Instruction (conditioning, nutrition, individual training)
2:30 - 4:30 - Supervised, instructed games
4:30 - 6:00 - Soccer videos and pickup |
