About our Program  Our programs are designed around the individual or group of athletes. Our program will teach you how to use the fundamentals and sport specific skills to enhance performance and confidence all in a positive and safe environment. Individual Skills The Indivdual Skills Training includes: shooting, ball handling, and passing. Sessions will be structured to fit the individual needs or specifically what area the individual wants to perfect in their game. Hourly Rate: $50/Hour 3 or More Sessions: $35/Hour Group Comprehensive (next level) Training The Group Comprehensive Training includes: shooting, passing, dribbling, speed and agility, strength, conditioning, team concepts, and defensive techniques. This circuit training is designed to prepare the player fundamentally, physically, and mentally. Start Date: June 9, 2008 (you may sign up at any time) 4 Weeks 2 Days a Week: $200/player Mondays and Thursdays 9:30 am - 11:00 am 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm 4 Weeks 4 Days a Week: $300/player Mondays thru Thursdays 9:30 am - 11:00 am 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm ***Addition one hour of speed and vertical training - $125 extra.
