All roster changes are to be made in writing to the home office at least 48 hours prior to the start of a tournament. All changes will be faxed to our director.
Please have a copy of current year's grade card available if questions regarding a player's eligibility arise.
Entry fees are not refundable after the registration deadline of the tournament.
Your team is NOT officially entered into ANY tournament until your completed registration form, roster, signed waiver, and payment is received!
All tournaments are $295 per team per event. 5 game guarantee.
