Parental release: This is to certify that my son/daughter has permission to participate in any and all volleyball activities. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, and I do hereby agree to hold harmless the staff of the All Star Sports Arena from any and all claims arising out of any injury to my child. Furthermore, this verifies that the player is up to date with his/her immunizations and is able to participate in all volleyball activities. In the event of injury my permission is granted for treatment as required at the nearest medical treatment facility.
The All Star Volleyball Training Center and Club primary emphasis is to teach proper skills with fun drills, play, serving, passing, setting, spikes, blocks and court awareness. All Students play. This is the only club in NWA that accepts both boys* (see below for eligibility) and girls with beginning and advanced training. The Volleyball Club meets Monday-Wednesday and Saturday 5:30pm - 7:30 pm in All Star Sports Arena. USVA tournaments to begin in 2012.
Referrals that sign up, you get $10.00 off your monthly fee (maximum of 2 per athlete). *Any month that has 5 practice days will be additional $10.00 per student for that month.

Age Groups & Waiver Policy
Delta Region Age Waiver Policy 2009-2010
Age waivers will be granted to junior players within the Delta Region, to play in the next lower age group only. For example, a 15 year old junior player that is in the 9th grade and whose birthday is prior to Sept. 1 of the following year may apply for a waiver to play with her 9th grade classmates for the upcoming season. These waivers will be valid only within the Delta Region and will not be valid at the national level.
Other regions MAY choose to allow the participation of age waived players. Contact the individual Tournament Director to check on the eligibility of waived players within the region you will be playing. If an outside region does not accept waived players then said player may not participate in sanctioned tournaments within that region unless the player plays with her age appropriate team as directed by the USAV Age Definitions.
Age-wavered players may also not participate in the Delta Region Bid Qualifier, any National Qualifier or the Junior Olympic National Championships unless the player plays with her age-appropriate team.
